Owned and operated by Jessica Hart, 40 years experience, becoming one of Central Florida's most unique groomers. Not just because of her fine grooming skills but she feels that grooming should be a happy event for the pet. That the emotional well being is just as important as their physical well being. That "feeling pretty" is just as important as "looking pretty." Of course safety is our first priority then, the emotional well being as well as the physical appearance. Your pet should always leave the grooming shop with its tail wagging, that is an indication they had a positive visit. Gaining your pets trust means always being gentle and loving. Remember dogs don't forget, they remember everything. When you gain their trust and love, you can groom the pet with no problems...most of them enjoy there day at The Village Groomer. And will gladly show you the way to the door. The dogs seem to be proud of our new shop. We at The Village Groomer are proud to say that it is very rewarding to be able to please the owner as well as the pets.

1.)	A groomer will help you select the best style for you and your pet...we get it right the first time. We will also help set a schedule where your pet will look and feel its best all the time.
2.)	We groom according to the AKC Standard Breed Profile and fancy creative styles.
3.)	All of our shampoo's are soapless and work well with all flea treatments. Safe on eyes too. The groomer will select the right shampoo for your pets skin and coat. All pets get a conditioner that treats the skin as well as the coat.
4.)	Bathing is very important. An employee asked on his first day "tell me exactly how you want the pets bathed." I replied every hair on the pet must be clean, every hair on the pet must be rinsed well, every hair on the pet must be dried then brushed and combed." Leaving shampoo on the dog may cause a skin irritation. A groomer can't do a good job unless the pet is bathed properly. The pets are dried immediately after their bath. Each pet gets a fresh clean towel and a conditioner to give the coat protection and to prevent tangles.
5.)	All pets are put in our outside play area to potty before their bath.
6.)	We offer In & Out appointments where pets are there just a few hours. And must be made when appointment is made not the day of grooming.
7.)	Or your pet can stay all day in Daycare for just $6 extra.
